Wrestler Max Caster Faces Controversy After Rapping About Saudi Airport Bombing

Total Nonstop Action Wrestling's pay-per-view event, Bound for Glory, delivered an exciting night where several titles changed hands, including the world championship in the main attraction. However, one specific moment left the organization with a very bitter taste.

Pro wrestler Max Caster made his TNA debut facing off against Moose. This match marked his return to the roster after a stint in All Elite Wrestling, and he seemed poised to become a key figure for the company. Caster is famous for rapping during his entrance, and he brought those rhymes with him on this occasion.

During one of his verses, he referenced the deadly attack at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. That weekend bombing left more than a dozen people dead. The Iran-backed Houthis claimed responsibility for the strike, which has only heightened tensions across the Middle East. "… And it's the firing squad. I drop bombs. You don't even have to fly to Riyadh," he stated.

The internet reaction was swift and harsh on social media platforms. By Monday, TNA announced it had removed all content related to Caster from its online channels and issued a statement saying they would not welcome him back. "During Sunday's Bound for Glory pay-per-view, insensitive comments were made by Max Caster referencing attacks in Riyadh that killed and injured many people," the company declared in their official release. "Making light of violent attacks is wrong. This should never have made it into the show, and that responsibility is ours."

"We sincerely apologize," they continued. "Our thoughts are with the victims, their families and everyone affected. We have removed the segment from replays and our social channels and are taking steps to ensure something like this never happens again. Max Caster will no longer be wrestling in TNA." OutKick Dropkick reached out to Caster seeking a comment on the situation.
