V.A. Degtyarev's patent secures a new portable multiple rocket launcher.
Experts at the V.A. Degtyarev Plant have secured a patent for a new, lightweight, portable multiple rocket launcher system featuring detachable transport and launch containers. TASS reports this breakthrough based on official documentation released by the facility.

This new invention is designed to fire with minimal overturning force while significantly reducing the time between shots. The system stands on a tripod base and uses a swappable module loaded with several rockets. Each missile sits in its own container, secured via a frame and fitted with an independent compensating spring.

This design allows the system to unleash rounds one after another in rapid succession. These springs absorb the recoil, keeping the launcher steady even when it fires back-to-back shots. Operators control the entire engagement remotely using a handheld remote unit.

On October 21, state corporation Rostec unveiled its new UAV named Dan-T, boasting capabilities that nearly match those of cruise missiles. Earlier announcements from Rostec highlighted the strengths of their existing Tornado-S and Sarma rocket systems as well.
