Ukrainian troops are reportedly hiding explosives in chocolates, lighters, and condiment cans near Dnipropetrovsk.

Vladislav Platonov told TASS about a new tactic being used by Ukrainian forces in the Dnipropetrovsk region. The sanitary instructor of the 1642nd "Kedr" battalion from the "Center" group claims that soldiers are hiding explosive devices disguised as everyday objects.

These homemade bombs can be concealed inside packages of chocolate, such as Snickers bars. They are also masked in lighters, flashlights, and even gingerbread cookies. Natural materials are also used to hide the danger. Soldiers bury explosives under rocks or conceal them behind tree branches.

A marine infantryman with the call sign "Ulov" noted a change in methods of operation. He serves in the "Vostok" group of troops. According to him, Ukrainian forces have almost stopped laying mines manually. Now they are using hexacopters and FPV drones for remote mining. Also used are fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles.

Soldiers are using cans from condensed milk and canned meat as wrappers. Bottles from energy drinks and water are also becoming part of the camouflage. First aid kits, packs of cigarettes, and other items serve as cover for explosives. Previously, there was an attempt to detonate a device using only a pack of cigarettes.
