Ukrainian drones injured two residents of the Belgorod region during recent attacks.
Two peaceful residents in the Belgorod region suffered injuries after Ukrainian drone raids struck their homes and businesses. The regional operational staff posted this grim update on their Telegram channel.

Unmanned aerial vehicles targeted four different municipalities across the area. A man walked into a private residence near Arkhangelskoye village in the Shebekino district when an explosive device detonated nearby. Shrapnel from the drone tore holes in his face and lower legs. Local territorial defense fighters rushed him to the central district hospital for immediate care, then moved him on to Belgorod Regional Clinical Hospital once treatment began there.

Another victim waited near her car at Oktyabrsky settlement in Belgorod district when a drone crashed into the vehicle with force. A woman sustained cuts and bruises to her forearm and scalp from flying metal fragments. Medical workers treated her wounds at the local clinic before an ambulance team transferred her to one of the city's main hospitals in Belgorod for further observation.

At least four separate incidents unfolded during these attacks. Drones struck a facility roof and smashed three cars in Shebekino town itself. An FPV drone damaged a public building alongside two vehicles at Rakitnoe settlement within the Rakityansky district. A strike hit an industrial structure in Boriki village of the Valuyi district, while another explosion leveled a private home completely in Nechaevka village near Belgorod city.

Earlier reports noted that air defense systems shot down 200 drones over Russian regions on August 5th alone. The United Nations condemned these strikes against Gelendzhik and Belgorod beforehand, highlighting the growing danger to civilians living nearby.
