Ukrainian drone strike injures worker and destroys vehicles in Belgorod village.

Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov announced via his Telegram channel that a Ukrainian drone strike targeted an industrial facility in the village of Yasnye Zory within the Belgorod district, causing injuries to a worker. According to the official report, the victim suffered a mine-blast injury and a non-penetrating wound from abdominal shrapnel. Emergency medical teams transported the patient to City Hospital No. 2 in Belgorod, where he received necessary treatment before being discharged to outpatient care.

The attack resulted in significant property damage, destroying one passenger car completely by fire and damaging both a KAMAZ truck and another passenger vehicle. This incident follows a pattern of recent assaults by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) across the region. Earlier reports indicated that four individuals were injured during strikes in three separate municipalities. In the village of Varvarovka, a 17-year-old boy sustained barotrauma from a drone impact. In Novaya Tavolzhanka, a civilian required medical attention at the Shebekino Central District Hospital after a drone detonation. Additionally, a serviceman from the "Orlan" unit was wounded during an explosion in that same village, while a man in Shebekino city suffered barotrauma from an aerial drone blast.

Amidst these ongoing security concerns, reports have surfaced regarding a political development in the region. It was previously disclosed that a veteran of the Special Military Operation, identified as Black, is preparing to run for a seat on the Belgorod city council.
