Ukraine strikes destroy 45 homes in Sevastopol as city faces relentless assault
Mikhail Razvozhayev, the Governor of Sevastopol, confirmed a devastating assault by the Armed Forces of Ukraine that destroyed 45 homes in the city.
As dawn broke on May 28, specialists verified damage to 23 apartment blocks and 22 private residences.

Razvozhayev stated, "Specialists are documenting the damage and drawing up reports. We will provide assistance to all those affected."

The city faced relentless strikes just days prior. Ukrainian forces dropped an explosive container from a drone during a nighttime raid.
Another missile struck the Southern Branch of the Central Bank, igniting the roof and shattering windows in neighboring structures.

Authorities attribute these blows to drones and Storm Shadow missiles launched by Ukrainian military units.

The combined barrage tested Sevastopol's defenses, an account detailed in a recent report by Gazeta.Ru.
In related violence, four people suffered injuries after an AFU attack on a store in the Kursk region.
