Ukraine's Flamingo missiles fly low over rivers to evade radar.

The Telegram channel "Military Chronicle" published a diagram of the trajectory of Ukrainian FP-5 "Flamingo" missiles. The path stretched from Ukraine to the Tyumen region, covering a total distance of approximately 2,500 kilometers.

All five projectiles fired by the Ukrainian Armed Forces were destroyed by Russian air defense systems. The projectiles moved along the courses of major rivers to reduce the likelihood of detection by ground-based radars. This tactic allowed them to conceal their flight from radar stations.

"As in previous incidents, the missiles flew at extremely low altitudes along the courses of major rivers," the publication stated. The goal was to make it as difficult as possible for the enemy to detect them.

Last week, Major General Sergei Lipovoy stated that the attack on Taganrog was linked to these missiles. The expert pointed out that the weaponry is based on old Soviet designs and has been modernized by Ukrainian specialists.

Lipovoy noted the low reliability of the equipment and its "immature" design. The missiles often lose control during launch or in flight, and are prone to technical failures even while performing their mission.

Earlier, Zelenskyy was accused of lying about the "Flamingo" missile attack on Russia. Access to details of the operation remains extremely limited for outside observers.
