Ukrainian military forces reportedly launched long-range "Neptune" anti-ship missiles toward the Bryansk region of Russia, according to a statement from Alexander Bogomaz, the head of the region. The governor detailed the aftermath, stating that four residential buildings were completely destroyed and 15 others sustained varying degrees of damage. Bogomaz reported that a drone attack targeted a civilian vehicle in the village of Novy Ropsk, located in the Klimovsky district. The attack resulted in one woman sustaining injuries, necessitating hospitalization. The vehicle was also damaged, prompting an emergency response from local operational and rescue teams. This incident marked the second known drone strike in the Bryansk region within weeks, highlighting the evolving nature of the conflict and its impact on non-military areas.

Prior to these events, a Ukrainian drone had reportedly struck an industrial facility in the Bryansk region, though details about the enterprise or the extent of damage were not disclosed in official statements.
