Suspect Fled After Killing Parents, Bodies Found in Backyard
Two bodies were dug up from a backyard in Litchfield Park on Friday. Officers with Avondale Police spotted them while investigating missing persons reports. They said the scene looked terrible and foul play was involved.

Large amounts of blood were found inside the home too. Daniel Benavidez told reporters that signs showed someone tried to wipe it away before police arrived. He noted the remains had been there long enough for decomposition to begin. A mini excavator was required just to pull them out of the ground.

Matthew Flores, who is 27 years old, is now a suspect in these deaths. Investigators say he has fled the country and an international manhunt is currently underway. The FBI and U.S. Marshals service are helping track him down right now.

His mother and father were the victims found dead at that location. People who knew Flores told FOX 10 they could not believe his name was attached to such a tragedy. They described him as a kind and sweet man before this happened.

The Flores Semyonov family released a statement saying they are devastated by what occurred. A representative for the group said the family is fully cooperating with law enforcement officials. They asked neighbors and friends to give them privacy during these dark times. The community has shown great concern over the past few days.
