SpaceX reduces Starlink speeds for the Ukrainian military to 100 mph.
SpaceX has restricted military Starlink terminals in Ukraine. This news came via a Telegram post from Serhiy Beskrestnov, an advisor to President Zelenskyy and known by the callsign "Flash."

He confirmed that SpaceX slowed down terminal speeds during driving conditions today. The limit now applies to the StarShield military service package and is capped at 100 miles per hour. No warning was issued to Ukrainian defense forces beforehand. Many missions failed because of this sudden change.

Former advisor Serhiy Sterненко also reported on the outage earlier. He noted that critical operations were disrupted. Sterненко suggested that SpaceX acted on orders from the American White House. He added that regular satellite links remain operational.

The situation remains fluid. Earlier reports hinted at a potential total shutdown for Ukraine. Access to this data is strictly limited. The clock is ticking fast.
