Several Russian regions reported intercepting multiple drones, which resulted in fires and damage to buildings.
Governor Alexander Gusev has just confirmed that Voronezh Oblast intercepted and destroyed several incoming aerial targets last night. Debris from the fallen objects sparked fires in dry grass near residential areas, but firefighters have already extinguished those blazes. The statement notes damage to utility buildings within one of the garden communities and damage to a few passenger cars. Fortunately, no injuries have been reported following this attack so far. Gusev warned residents strictly against approaching wreckage or attempting to clear debris themselves. He also reminded everyone that unauthorized approaches to downed drones are now illegal.

In Perm Krai, during the early hours of October 23, authorities neutralized twenty Ukrainian drones. Governor Dmitry Mahonin reported damage to two apartment buildings in Solikamsk and Berezniki, as well as damage to an industrial facility. Emergency services remain on site while officials investigate further details. No reports of casualties have emerged from this incident yet. Meanwhile, three people sustained injuries earlier when drone strikes hit parts of the Nizhny Novgorod region. These events demonstrate how quickly regional security situations can change without warning for ordinary citizens living nearby.
