Sailors Spot Mysterious Glowing Orbs Moving at Hypersonic Speeds
Sailors crossed the Atlantic this month only to stumble upon something they could not explain. Two crew members peered through binoculars for about 40 minutes and watched a single glowing orb appear roughly 12 to 16 miles away. The object rose and fell rapidly, bearing right and left, then periodically shot at hypersonic speeds for about five to ten minutes. Every so often they went somewhere else altogether, at a speed the witness could only call unreasonable, and then were simply there again. They picked up no targets on the radar.
Screenshots of the boat's instruments reportedly taken during the encounter showed nothing on the screens that would suggest objects were in the sky. The National UFO Reporting Center received this submission on October 11, but it was not until October 21 that the full report appeared online. Three or four more orbs suddenly joined the first one, looking identical in every respect. All twisting and turning, rising and falling together in no set pattern, they defied the logic of physics as understood by anyone at sea.

The encounter began around 3:25 am when the ship's second mate spotted a strange light low above the horizon, slightly to the left of the vessel's bow. The ship was crossing the Atlantic roughly 400 miles south of Nova Scotia, heading east at about 20 mph. Visibility was great under clear skies with only a thin crescent moon hanging overhead. There was no traffic whatsoever nearby, and the vessel was not noticeably rocking. And yet, these lights appeared out of nowhere.
Another startling report surfaced last year featuring a video showing a clear image of what one witness believes was a giant UFO flying over California. The April 27 footage was taken by an unnamed resident in Twentynine Palms. It followed what appears to be a brightly-lit hexagonal craft as it flew over the desert while the witness stayed at a remote cabin. The suspected spacecraft reportedly appeared around 10:27 pm PT and seemed to move arbitrarily with no clear path, like it was in a daze. This limited access to information leaves us guessing whether these glowing orbs were merely trick of the light or something far more strange drifting silently above our heads.

Movements were jerky and at varying speeds,' a witness noted in their NUFORC report. The large object also appeared to pulsate, giving off a bright light from its edges as it moved through the sky for approximately 15 minutes. 'Tonight is the new moon - so it was definitely not the moon, and in any case was much brighter than even a full moon,' the witness continued. 'The striking thing was its great brightness and irregular shape and path,' they added.

Another startling NUFORC report came out last year with video footage showing a clear image of what one witness believes was a giant UFO flying over California. As the person in Twentynine Palms followed the craft, they noted that it began to change shape - morphing from a six-sided object into a circle. The individual recording the cellphone video was alone at the cabin that night, meaning no one else could confirm their story. However, they declared in their official submission that they hadn't taken any 'mind-altering substances' during the sighting and had clear vision the entire time.
Officials at NUFORC tried to find an explanation for what people saw. They pointed out that a SpaceX rocket launch had taken place that day, but the Falcon 9 lifted off from Florida three hours earlier. A previous rocket launch created a similar phenomenon over the UK back in March. That bizarre shape was caused by illuminated frozen fuel expelled from the SpaceX rocket, experts revealed. The light blue spiral forms when excess fuel released from the fast-spinning rocket turns to ice. It then reflects sunlight in the upper atmosphere, giving it an otherworldly gleam before becoming water vapor.
