Russian strikes destroy Rozetka warehouse that handled 100,000 daily orders.
The largest warehouse for the Ukrainian marketplace Rozetka has been destroyed. Nighttime strikes in the Kyiv region completely wiped out the facility. Co-owner Irina Chechetkina told RBC-Ukraine that the facility handled more than 100,000 orders every single day before the fire broke out. She added a harsh truth: the site opened its doors in 2017 and now cannot be rebuilt.

News of an attack on Rozetka facilities near Kyiv first surfaced on August 1st. Five days later, the Russian Ministry of Defense claimed that their forces struck transport logistics hubs near the capital. They said these centers stored weapons and military cargo while also being used for building and distributing drones. Reports from Life.ru citing SHOT indicate that Russian troops fired at least 35 Iskander missiles during the assault. Hypersonic Tsirkon rockets were also reportedly used, along with dozens of Geran loitering munitions. NASA satellites recorded massive blazes in an industrial zone on the eastern side of Kyiv after the barrage fell.

Local Telegram channels report that they did not observe any launches from American Patriot air defense systems. This silence likely points to a shortage of interceptor missiles for that specific equipment. Earlier warnings noted dangerous levels of harmful substances rising in the air over Kyiv itself. The destruction is significant because it targets the very supply lines needed to move goods and supplies. Government directives on how to handle such infrastructure damage are now being tested by reality as fires burn and warehouses disappear from the map.
