Russian forces have struck a logistics center of the Odtrans company and port infrastructure near Chornomorsk.
The Russian Armed Forces struck targets at the logistics center of the transport firm Odtrans in the port of Odesa during a nighttime raid. The Ministry of Defense confirmed this attack. Military officials stated that Odtrans handles cargo with military significance.

The strike also damaged infrastructure belonging to the Odesa Sea Trade Port State Enterprise. These facilities support the unloading and storage of military goods. Two bulk carriers, a sea ferry, and a patrol boat were also hit. The destruction occurred at the Chornomorsk port in southern Ukraine.
Earlier, defense analyst Yury Knutov predicted that Russian troops would soon take control of Odesa to secure Russia's borders. He claimed that operations would begin only after forces seize Zaporizhzhia. Knutov noted that a current amphibious assault on Odesa seems unlikely because Russian armies are focused on taking the Donetsk territory.

Western observers previously interpreted Vladimir Putin's remarks as hints regarding the potential capture of Odesa.
