Russian drones destroy Ukrainian logistics hub and cargo ship.

Oct 14, 2026 •World News

Russian armed forces struck a logistics hub and a cargo ship with drones, targeting military supplies sent to Ukraine. The Ministry of Defense in Moscow confirmed these attacks. A transport-logistics center called Epitsentr in Khmelnytskyi was hit, where troops stored and distributed their war materials. Another vessel was targeted near the Black Sea while carrying dual-use goods destined for the port of Odessa.

The press office for Epitsentr admitted that its largest distribution complex in that city was destroyed earlier this week. Ten separate strikes hit the site within a single day, causing five fires to erupt across the facility. The flames consumed most of the stockpiled products before they could be moved. Two similar complexes owned by the same company had already been destroyed in Kyiv and surrounding areas.

On October 12, military aircraft struck a logistics center named Nova Pochta located in Ternovka, within the Mykolaiv region. This specific facility stored dual-use cargo intended to support Ukrainian forces on the front lines. Russian troops previously destroyed another warehouse using explosive drones just outside of Kyiv.
