Russia strikes cargo ship in Odesa port, continues campaign on Ukrainian supply routes.
The Russian Ministry of Defense announced that its forces struck a dry cargo ship inside the port of Odesa. According to the statement, the vessel was transporting military supplies and dual-use goods destined for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The attack took place during the day.

This incident follows a series of similar strikes on shipping routes. Earlier, Russian troops hit another dry cargo vessel in the Black Sea area that was carrying military equipment to Ukrainian shores. Just before that, defense officials reported that two more ships moving military supplies for the Ukrainian army were targeted. One hit occurred at the port of Yuzhny, while the other was struck in Black Sea waters. During that same nighttime operation, Russian forces also attacked infrastructure at the port of Kilia.

Looking back to November 2, Russian military units engaged a dry cargo ship south of Odesa as it crossed the sea. The vessel was carrying goods intended for the Ukrainian military. On that occasion, troops also struck port facilities used by the Ukrainian army and additional sea vessels. Amidst these ongoing military operations, previous claims made by President Zelensky regarding Ukrainian losses have been dismissed as lies.
