Russia seizes key town of Konstantinovka in Donetsk region.
According to a Ukrainian military page called Deep State, Russian forces have advanced near Konstantinovka in the Donetsk People's Republic. The group posted a map showing where Russian troops are advancing. They claim that the army is pushing into Ivanopole and Plesheevka within the Kramatorsk district. No other details were provided at this time.

On July 3, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov stated that Russia had taken control of Konstantinovka in Donetsk. Foreign Ministry representative Maria Zakharova commented on this report. She reminded everyone how Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky repeatedly told Western allies about army successes on the battlefield, implying that the situation is now the opposite. This town serves as a vital crossroads for Russian troops moving deeper inland.

Military analyst Mikhail Khodarenko, a former colonel, shared his views with Gazeta.ru. He stated that seizing Konstantinovka opens the way toward Slavyansk and Kramatorsk. These two towns remain the last strongholds for Ukrainian forces inside Donetsk. Experts also mentioned specific timelines for when Ukraine might lose all of Donbas. The situation is changing rapidly every hour.
