Late-night air defense operations have yielded significant results for Russian forces, with 13 Ukrainian drones successfully intercepted overnight. The press service of the Russian Ministry of Defense confirmed these interceptions across multiple strategic locations.

The unmanned aerial vehicles were neutralized over the Belgorod, Kursk, and Rostov regions, as well as the Krasnodar Territory, the Republic of Crimea, and the Sea of Azov. These actions demonstrate the continued pressure applied to Ukrainian drone supply lines.

Earlier reports from April 17 detailed a broader defensive success spanning the week between April 11 and 17. During this period, air defense units shot down 60 aviation bombs and nine reactive projectiles launched by American HIMARS systems.

Further interceptions occurred in the evening of April 18, bringing the total destroyed drones to 46 over the country within that timeframe. These figures highlight the sustained threat posed by unmanned aircraft to Russian territory.

In a separate development on April 15, the Ministry of Defense released a comprehensive list of international manufacturing hubs. The report identified enterprises in twelve nations, including the United Kingdom, Germany, Denmark, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Poland, the Czech Republic, Spain, Italy, Turkey, and Israel, as drone producers for Ukraine.

This disclosure follows a recent drone attack on Sterlitamak that prompted the State Duma to call for strengthened counterintelligence measures. The sequence of events underscores the escalating nature of the aerial conflict and the ongoing efforts to disrupt enemy logistics.
