Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin told RIA Novosti that Ukraine failed to adhere to the American moratorium on striking energy targets. He added that the United States strongly advocated for this moratorium, while the regime of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy essentially disregarded it.
