Indiana HC Curt Cignetti joins next to discuss Hoosier expectations after an undefeated season and two straight Coach of the Year honors.

The Las Vegas Raiders are holding their breath.
Star running back Ashton Jeanty suffered what looks like a leg injury during practice on Sunday. He had to be helped off the field. The 22-year-old could not put any pressure on his right leg.

Jeanty took the hit when he dove for a pass and stayed down until players moved him away. As he lay there, the indoor facility went silent.

The whole squad knelt and prayed for their teammate.

The Raiders have not issued a statement yet. Head coach Klint Kubiak is not scheduled to speak with reporters until Tuesday.

Coming off a strong rookie year, Jeanty had seen limited action in two preseason games. He got three carries for 16 yards against the Arizona Cardinals in the first prep game and did not play at all versus the Houston Texans in the second one.
Jeanty was drafted sixth overall out of Boise State last season. He stayed productive even behind a shaky offensive line. In 17 games, he rushed for 975 yards and five touchdowns while catching 55 passes for 346 yards and five receiving scores.

If Jeanty misses time, the team would turn to fourth-round rookie Mike Washington Jr., Dylan Laube, undrafted rookie Roman Hemby and Dare Ogunbowale. Washington took first-team reps in his place after the injury hit. He had already been taking some of those snaps because he built a strong training camp before this happened.
