Ms. Rachel Accuses Celebrities of Racism Over Gaza Silence
Childrens YouTuber star Ms. Rachel took aim at celebrities and leaders Saturday by accusing them of racism for staying quiet about Palestinian children dying in Gaza. She argued that this silence reveals a racial double standard where some kids lives are valued less than others. Her real name is Rachel Griffin Accurso, and she posted directly on Instagram to make these claims.
"They probably would say something if these kids were White and from a different place," Accurso wrote. "Please stop being racist and risk something." She urged people to speak up immediately before the tragedy worsens further. The controversy erupted less than two weeks after podcaster Avi Lichtschein confronted her about calling Israels war against Hamas a genocide repeatedly.

Lichtschein told Fox News Digital that even if her advocacy stems from genuine concern for children, her massive platform demands careful consideration of consequences. "When you have an audience as enormous as hers, you have a responsibility to understand the consequences of the claims youre amplifying," Lichtschein said clearly. He emphasized that silence on this issue sends a dangerous message to millions watching daily.
Accurso split public figures into two camps: those shouting out for Palestinian children and those she claimed ignore their lives entirely because of their race. "Those who are willing to shout at the top of their lungs that over 20,000 Palestinian children shouldnt have been killed in the Gaza genocide and those that remain silent because these children are not worth it to them," Accurso stated sharply. She insists there is a clear hierarchy here based on skin color alone.

A June report from UNICEF completely shatters starvation claims against Israel according to the State Department. The United Nations Independent International Commission of Inquiry found at least 20,179 Palestinian children killed between Oct 7 and March 31. That same commission documented Hamas treatment of Israeli kids on that dark day when forty were killed and hundreds injured during the terrorist attack.
Israel rejected these findings entirely and called their methodology fundamentally flawed in its formal response. The government accused the document of containing extensive errors and omissions throughout every section. This ongoing dispute highlights how deeply divided nations are over who bears responsibility for saving lives right now.

Accurso has faced increasing scrutiny over her activism regarding Israel recently enough to cause real concern among some groups. Fox News Digital reported in January that she appeared to like an Instagram comment reading Free America from the Jews before apologizing quickly. She said she accidentally liked it while trying to delete it instead of engaging with such hateful content intentionally.

In a statement provided directly to Fox News Digital after that controversy, Accurso rejected antisemitism outright and maintained her advocacy roots in concern for people regardless of background. "Antisemitism and hate of any kind have no place in my life or my work," she declared firmly last month during an encounter with Lichtschein where she clarified she is not anti-Israel but opposes Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu specifically.
Elizabeth Barcohana, the California Republican Partys Jewish engagement chair told Fox News Digital on Sunday that Ms Rachel outrage was fake and selective while also saying the childrens educator was sanitizing terrorism completely without warning families about risks ahead soon enough for them to prepare properly against future attacks like these ones coming next week soon after today.

Rachel presents herself as an educational figure, yet she operates as a radical jihadist activist with access to millions of children globally. Her selective outrage over Gaza mirrors the anti-West propaganda seen in the Black Square posts BLM demanded on Instagram back in 2020. Barcohana noted this connection directly.
The source for her claim of 20,000 child deaths is the 'Gaza Ministry of Health,' which is Hamas itself. This means Ms. Rachel has appointed herself as a mouthpiece for a terrorist organization, according to the statement. The figure offered does not separate innocent children from minor male teens known to fight for Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad. It also fails to distinguish between deaths caused by Israeli strikes involving human-shield civilian casualties and those resulting from Palestinian rockets, Hamas/PIJ explosives, friendly fire, or other internal violence.

Ms. Rachel is essentially sanitizing terrorism with false and misleading information. She uses this tactic to emotionally manipulate her very impressionable following and peers in her industry. This situation is very dangerous. Every mother whose child watches Ms. Rachel videos must be made aware of who she really is, Barcohana said.
Fox News Digital reached out to the Anti-Defamation League and Jewish Federations of North America for comment but did not immediately receive a response.
