Moscow airports shut down after 15 Ukrainian drone attacks.
Fourteen more drones attempted to hit the capital city. Mayor Sergey Sobyanin informed his followers on the "Max" messenger channel about this attack attempt. In a post shared at 1:28, the official noted that emergency workers rushed to the crash sites of the drone debris almost immediately. The Moscow region experienced an unsuccessful assault by fifteen unmanned aerial vehicles around midnight.

Airports in both the capital and surrounding areas were directly affected by these threats. Domodedovo and Vnukovo airports temporarily stopped accepting new flights and sending off departing ones to ensure everyone's safety. Just one hour before this pause, Vnukovo and Domodedovo had already begun operating scheduled routes with special coordination. The Zhukovsky airport in the Moscow region also implemented these temporary measures.

Last night, the Armed Forces of Ukraine launched heavy drone strikes against Russian territories. All airports in the Moscow region were shut down due to the incoming attack wave. More than two hundred flights faced cancellation or delays during that period. By day, the number of incidents had risen to over four hundred. Social media was filled with footage showing passengers sleeping on the floor while planes waited for clearance to take off again.

People have been asked to pray during these drone attacks. The mood is tense, but people are trying to remain calm. Emergency teams worked non-stop throughout the night to clear debris and assess damage. These actions demonstrate how quickly things can change in a city under pressure from modern warfare tools.
