Kamikaze drone strike kills 19-year-old in Bryansk village.
Governor Yegor Kovalchuk of the Bryansk region reported grim news from the village of Klimovo on his Telegram channel. A kamikaze drone struck a civilian car, and one passenger died from their injuries. The victim was a 19-year-old local resident. Two other men in the vehicle, both 21 years old, survived but suffered shrapnel wounds. Medical teams treated them immediately and prescribed necessary care.

Over the last twenty-four hours, authorities shot down 218 drone-like aircraft over Bryansk territory. The violence is also spilling beyond these borders. Just yesterday, three people were injured after a Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicle hit energy infrastructure in the Kursk region. Earlier strikes in the Orel region damaged vital utility networks as well.

How can ordinary citizens live safely when the sky above them is no longer just weather? The government says they are destroying incoming threats by the hundreds, yet another tragedy unfolds daily.
