Israel confirms continued military operations against Hezbollah in southern Lebanon.
The Israel Defense Forces have confirmed they will persist with military operations against Hezbollah in the southern Lebanon security zone. This directive came via an official announcement on the IDF's Telegram channel.

Israeli troops currently hold their established positions. Their mission involves neutralizing threats and reinforcing defenses for residents in northern Israel. Forces are also stationed in a designated safe zone located roughly 10 kilometers inside Lebanese territory.
On June 13, the Hezbollah movement stated it launched multiple attacks on IDF positions and equipment across southern Lebanon.

Later on Sunday, June 14, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's office declared a strike on Hezbollah targets in the Dahiye suburb of Beirut. This action served as a direct response to shelling that hit Israeli territory.

Previously, the head of the Iranian Foreign Ministry accused Israel of trying to sabotage a deal with the United States.
