Half a Million Britons Report Vaccine Side Effects, Including 2,500 Deaths
Analysis of official data reveals that nearly half a million Britons claim to have suffered side effects from the Covid vaccine. Over 2,500 reports indicate a family member died as a result of the jab.
The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) yellow card scheme tracks these complications. The AstraZeneca vaccine recorded the highest number of reported adverse events.
These findings follow the case of John Cross. He took his own life after the vaccine left him paralyzed. His widow, Christine, received compensation and an apology three years after his death.
John Cross suffered a rare reaction to the AstraZeneca shot. He required a ventilator in hospital and could not move, speak, or breathe. He eventually regained some mobility but never fully recovered.

Despite his condition, he was initially rejected by the Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme. The government program offered a lump sum of £120,000 to those harmed by vaccination.
A medical assessor denied him payment after two years, stating he was not disabled enough. An independent tribunal later reversed this decision earlier this month.
The Telegraph investigation found John is not alone. At least 243 people injured by Covid vaccines were denied payment because they did not meet the disability threshold.
Medical assessors linked their harm to the vaccine, yet they were excluded from the scheme. Critics condemn the system for requiring applicants to prove 60 per cent disability to qualify.
Freedom of Information records show over 22,800 claims were filed for serious disability or death. Only one to five per cent resulted in successful payouts. Just over 200 claimants received the statutory tax-free payment.

Neil, a father of two, developed fatal blood clotting after receiving the jab in March 2021. His wife Kam said he was fit and healthy before becoming seriously ill.
He suffered flu-like symptoms that worsened over two months with several hospital visits in Leicester. Neil, 50, died on May 1, 2021, after collapsing at home.
His death certificate listed vaccine-induced immune thrombosis and thrombocytopenia (VITT) as the cause. An inquest concluded he had a rare reaction to the Covid-19 vaccine.
BBC radio presenter Lisa Shaw also died from vaccine complications. The 44-year-old passed away in May 2021 after developing headaches following her first AstraZeneca dose.

Coroner Karen Dilks ruled her death was caused by VITT. She suffered blood clots in her brain which led to a deadly stroke.
A woman passed away at the Royal Victoria Infirmary in Newcastle three weeks after receiving a vaccine injection.
Her widower, Gareth Eve, successfully claimed a tax-free one-off payment through the Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme.
John Stevens also received a payout under the scheme. His late wife, Rebecca Stevens, became wheelchair-bound and largely incapacitated after taking an AstraZeneca jab in April 2021.
Rebecca Stevens died in October last year at age 48. Her death was attributed to natural causes and a complication arising from the vaccination.

Tom Dudley, 31, suffered severe headaches shortly after receiving an AstraZeneca shot near his home in Sheffield on April 27, 2021.
Two weeks later, he was found unresponsive in the early morning hours at the home he shared with his partner Simone and their two daughters.
The Sheffield United fan was rushed to Northern General Hospital. Doctors declared his brain bleed incurable, and he died three days later.
It remains unclear if this bleed was specifically caused by VITT. However, a medic treating the father-of-two told an inquest he would likely be alive today if given a different vaccine.

Coroner Tanyka Rawden recorded the cause of death as a brain bleed caused by the vaccine.
Kate Scott is currently suing drug manufacturer AstraZeneca because her husband, Jamie, suffered serious brain damage after vaccination.
She stated that pharmaceutical giants have felt untouchable but must pay for damage caused by their products.
She argued they have an ethical responsibility because their products save lives, yet injuring people should not go without consequence.
She compared this to car companies, noting that faulty designs are taken off the road, which does not seem to apply to pharma.

She emphasized that the issue is not just financial compensation but also support for the harmed and their families.
Jamie has attended over 300 medical appointments, and that care will continue.
She noted that bereaved families also need support, especially as children grow and ask questions requiring medical answers.
Jamie was 44, and she is younger. They had planned a long life together before everything changed that day.
