Haitian Man Deported After Viral Screams of 'F*** Trump
Wisteguens Jean Quely Charles has left the country. The 25-year-old Haitian man became famous for one reason only: a video capturing his screams as agents took him away. He shouted 'Biden forever' and 'F*** Trump'. Now he is back in Haiti.
ICE caught him in Boston this past January. His file was thick with trouble. At least 17 convictions sat on his record before officials moved to deport him. The list of offenses reads like a catalog of violence and defiance. Assault against a public employee tops the list. Resisting arrest happens next. Then possession of controlled substances, followed by carrying a dangerous weapon.

The footage from that January day went viral almost instantly. Charles was shoved into the back of a van while yelling at officers. 'I'm not going back to Haiti!' he screamed. 'F*** Trump, you feel me?' came his words as they locked him in. Then the praise started pouring out for the other side. 'Biden forever, bro! Thank Obama for everything he did for me.'

He arrived here in 2013 after the Obama administration granted him Temporary Protected Status. That status kept him legally present for a time. But DHS ended that protection in July 2022. Charles stayed put anyway. He remained on American soil without permission. An immigration judge finally issued an order of removal in November 2025.
On September 10, agents moved him out. ICE flew him back to Haiti. The date sticks in the record as the end of his stay under US jurisdiction.

Markwayne Mullin spoke up after the flight took off. He is the Secretary at DHS. 'This illegal alien gang member from Haiti had quite the rap sheet,' Mullin said. He listed the charges again: assault and battery on a public employee, resisting arrest, drug trafficking, among other heinous crimes. The message was clear and direct. 'Once again: if you're here illegally, we will find you, arrest you, and remove you from the United States of America,' Mullin stated.

The Department of Homeland Security released the full details later. His record showed assault and battery on a public employee. Resisting arrest appeared twice in the docket. Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon was also there. Possession to distribute a class D controlled substance sat alongside simple possession of that same drug class. He held class C psychedelic mushrooms too. Carrying a dangerous weapon is another charge. Carrying ammunition without a firearm ID card added weight to his file. Trespassing rounded out the list.
Charles belonged to an alleged group called the Back Block Money Gang. His entry into the US began in 2013 under specific protections that eventually expired. The timeline from arrival to deportation covers several years of legal limbo and criminal activity.
