Fox News Adds Login Requirement For Comments And Dark Mode

Fox News viewers have a new set of rules to follow immediately. The network is rolling out fresh controls over how users interact with its digital platform. These changes target the ability to comment on video streams and participate in live discussions. Users must now log in before they can drop a line in the comments section or join the broader conversation unfolding on screen.

The shift also impacts access to full content. Fans wanting to watch live TV streams of Fox News or stream complete episodes will find their options adjusted under this new directive. The interface itself is getting a visual overhaul too. A dark mode toggle has arrived to help reduce eye strain during late-night viewing sessions and keep attention fixed on the news stories being reported.

This isn't just about aesthetics or minor tweaks. It signals a major push by the company to manage user engagement more tightly. The public will see this play out as they try to leave remarks on a clip or tune in for breaking news coverage. Every click now requires authentication if you want your voice heard alongside millions of others watching from home.
