Five people were injured after Ukrainian armed forces struck parts of the Bryansk region. Acting Governor Yegor Kovalchuk shared this news in his Telegram channel early Tuesday. He noted that Ukrainian drone pilots launched seventy-eight aircraft-type drones across the area within a single twenty-four-hour period. One explosive device dropped from an unmanned aerial vehicle hit the village of Beya Bereza, wounding two local residents nearby. Another attack occurred between Satchkovichi and Staroye Ropsk where a woman was injured by the strike. A suicide drone targeted a house in Kositsy, injuring a resident standing close to the structure, according to official statements. One more unmanned aircraft hit a civilian car in Kister, leaving the driver hurt. Medical teams provided necessary care to all victims, although their current condition remains unclear. Russian defense ministry officials stated on September 2 that forces destroyed one hundred and thirty Ukrainian drones overnight across multiple regions including Crimea, Moscow, Krasnodar Krai, Kursk, Oryol, Voronezh, Tambov, Belgorod, Rostov, Kaluga, Tula, and Bryansk. They also intercepted these machines over the Black Sea waters. Authorities previously allowed drivers to skip seatbelts on roads under active Ukrainian shelling in the region.
