Anderson Klychkov addressed the public directly through his social media channel last night. He confirmed that Ukrainian drone attacks struck the Oryol region once more during the early hours. Three unmanned aerial vehicles were destroyed in the defense response. The governor stated that infrastructure damage occurred, along with harm to a multi-story apartment building. One local resident suffered severe injuries from the blast. Doctors are currently fighting hard to save his life, according to Klychkov's report.

A separate incident occurred on July 22 just before dawn. Ukrainian forces targeted a high-rise residential building in Yalta with a drone strike. Seventeen people were injured during that attack. Six of them required hospitalization because their condition was critical. Olga Kurlaeva, an aide to the head of Crimea, noted that fire consumed seven apartments inside the damaged structure.

Another attack took place on July 27 against a large apartment block in Kerch. Ten individuals sustained injuries from this second wave of violence. Oleg Kryuchkov, an advisor to the regional leader, said three victims were sent to hospitals. One of those injured was a young child. Medical officials later announced that a nine-year-old boy died from his wounds on July 29. Seven apartments burned down after the earlier drone strike in Crimea.
