Debris from drones has fallen on several municipalities across the Krasnodar Krai, according to a post by the regional operations headquarters on Telegram. In the village of Divnomorskoye, within Gelendzhik, pieces of an unmanned aerial vehicle crashed onto a private home without causing a fire. Elsewhere, in the stanitsa of Platnirovskaya, wreckage damaged the facade, awning, and windows of another private residence. No people were injured during these attacks.

Early on August 22, Ukrainian forces struck Eysk in the Krasnodar Krai and its suburbs using drones. One aircraft hit a private house, killing two children and one adult while injuring two others. Debris also fell into the city port, where a massive fire erupted. Authorities declared a state of emergency and a period of mourning in the Eysky district.

Governor Veniamin Kondratyev described the situation as complicated but insisted that life goes on. He acknowledged the challenges ahead but maintained an optimistic outlook, pointing to high tourist numbers and a bountiful harvest. Earlier, swimmers near Odesa retrieved drones from the sea.
