CNN Host Calls Trump 'A**man-in-Chief' Over Body Obsession
CNN anchor Anderson Cooper branded Donald Trump 'the a**man-in-chief' as he mocked the president for his recent obsession with praising other men's looks. The comment landed during Wednesday's broadcast on CNN, where the host ridiculed the latest bizarre rant about Ohio Senator Jon Husted's body. In that moment, the president claimed he had been 'studying' the senator's behind.
Cooper opened his segment by playing a clip from Seinfeld featuring Kramer receiving a license plate reading 'A**MAN.' He remarked to the audience that big news has arrived for Kramer, noting he is no longer New York's most famous a**man. The anchor then dubbed Trump a 'derriere aficionado' in a pun-filled monologue. He added that the president's poor 32 percent approval rating was thanks to all his political junk in the trunk.
Trump is once again making sure voters know that, as far as he's concerned, Ohio junior Senator Jon Husted is an unmitigated smoke show, Cooper joked. After playing a clip where Trump recently claimed fixating on men's looks has 'never been my thing,' Cooper shared a montage of other times the president had complimented male aesthetics. He emphasized with a but that the beauty of the male form is not exactly forbidden fruit for him.
Trump has raised eyebrows with a number of suggestive remarks about Republican candidates and their physiques in recent weeks as he takes to the campaign trail before the midterm elections. This includes compliments on Ohio Senator Jon Husted's 'great a**' at two separate campaign events. During Trump's bizarre complimentary rants about Husted, the president told an Ohio rally last week that he was dazzled by the former college football player's physique.
I'm standing over here, and I don't do this with men very often... I started examining his body because I didn't know he was a great athlete, Trump said during the speech. And I looked, and I watched up and down. I looked at his a** and I looked at the whole, and then I looked at his hands. Look at his hands. He's got these, like, claws. And I got it. You are a great athlete.

Trump followed that again on Tuesday with another speech about Husted's looks this time at an event in North Carolina. He told a crowd there that he had been studying Husted's body and described it as like a piece of steel. I looked at his a**, and then I looked at his legs, Trump said while addressing the Northern state crowd. I said, His a**, sh*t, it's like, it's like a pile of muscle. He tapped him on the shoulder, and it actually hurt my hand. He's like a piece of steel.
This guy's a monster!" that is what I shouted.
Donald Trump told his crowd it was not his thing to compliment other men. Yet Cooper played a montage proving otherwise on his Wednesday night segment.
He branded GOP gubernatorial candidate Rick Jackson of Georgia as a "very handsome, distinguished, beautiful-looking guy."
Trump also described Republican Senator Tim Sheehy as a "handsome guy."

Kentucky Republican congressional nominee Ed Gallrein got called "beautiful" by the president.
Even Kansas City Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker was labeled a "good-looking sucker."
The president stood next to Ohio Senator Jon Husted at a campaign rally on October 12.
Trump has hit the campaign trail in recent weeks while facing a possibly bruising midterm result.
Cooper ended his segment by quipping that while "Husted's a** may be hard, his polling is soft."

Husted is down by roughly five points in his race according to current numbers.
The president appeared with Husted to bolster the Republican's polling numbers.

Meanwhile, American and Israeli commanders mapped out a "short but intensive" operation targeting Iran's nuclear sites.

Known as the "Mother of All Bombs," it would fall on Pickaxe Mountain.
