Noah, a social media star with thirty-three million TikTok followers, originally posted the clip. The footage featured the pair lip-syncing to Jay Rock's song 'King's Dead,' which contains lyrics about oral sex. During the performance, Noah repeatedly pushed his mother's head toward his groin.

The controversy intensified this month when Amy's daughter, Haley Beck, faced accusations of sexual misconduct with a teenage boy. Haley, a teacher at Centennial High School in the same district, was terminated following an internal investigation. The probe found she allegedly groomed the student.

While Amy Beck returns to her classroom on Monday, May 4, her daughter remains under scrutiny. The Peoria Police Department stated it is investigating new allegations that Haley had an inappropriate relationship with a second student. Haley denies these claims and faces no criminal charges.

Police officials told People magazine they took a tip regarding the second student seriously and are leaving no stone unturned. Prosecutors have not criminally charged Haley, but they did submit felony charges to the Maricopa County Attorney's Office against Haley and another former teacher, Angela Burlaka.

Haley Beck, a former teacher in Arizona, has stated through legal representation that she committed no crimes. This assertion comes after she was photographed running errands at a TJ Maxx earlier this month, a week following the resubmission of criminal charges against her by prosecutors. The charges stem from allegations that Beck groomed a student beginning in December 2024.

Angela Burlaka, another educator, is also accused of entering a sexual relationship with the same minor. Authorities allege that Burlaka recorded naked videos of herself on her phone, which were allegedly discovered by the student's grandmother. This discovery prompted a police investigation that subsequently implicated Beck in the alleged abuse.

Both teachers were placed on administrative leave by the Peoria Unified School District in August 2025. The investigation focused on Beck's conduct starting in December 2024, which allegedly continued through the student's sophomore and junior years while he attended her psychology and sociology classes.

According to a nearly 200-page police report, Beck, who began working at the school in 2020, engaged in a pattern of behavior including purchasing gifts, food, drugs, and alcohol for the student. She allegedly paid him more than $600 and granted him access to her vehicle. Burlaka is accused of recording the aforementioned videos while reciting the student's name.

The student's parents reportedly declined to cooperate with the investigation, fearing repercussions for the minor's athletic scholarship prospects. Beck allegedly acknowledged her knowledge of Burlaka's involvement in a text message to the student, stating she did not like being compared to "Mrs. B."

During the alleged grooming process, Beck is accused of improving the student's grades and attendance, providing preferential treatment in the classroom, and even completing his homework. The report cites a text message in which Beck referred to herself as the boy's "sugar momma" and described the dynamic as feeling like "straight prostitution."

The student's mother admitted to police that she knew her son was having a sexual relationship with a teacher named Haley Beck. Following this admission and the initial leave, Beck allegedly exchanged more than 4,000 text messages with the student and engaged in harassment during his sophomore and junior years.

A search of Beck's apartment allegedly yielded a note stating, "for this 'relationship' being extremely wrong, I feel like we have really made the most out of it." An internal investigation concluded that Beck had groomed the student, resulting in a sexual relationship. While Burlaka voluntarily surrendered her Arizona teaching certificates after the probe began, Beck did not.

A spokesperson for the Peoria Unified School District and Governing Board issued a statement emphasizing that the district takes all allegations regarding student safety extremely seriously. The spokesperson noted that at the time the concerns were reported, the available information did not meet the legal threshold for reasonable suspicion of abuse, nor was there corroborating evidence to support such a determination. The District stated it responded in accordance with Governing Board policy, applicable law, and established procedures, taking appropriate actions to address the concerns. Due to pending litigation, the District declined to provide further details.

The Peoria Unified School District has officially terminated the employment of M. Beck following a unanimous decision by its governing board on March 26. District officials stated they are dedicated to preserving a secure and responsive atmosphere for every student and staff member within their facilities.

Legal representative Matthew Long issued a statement to the Daily Mail asserting that his client respects the criminal justice process and anticipates the investigation will prove her innocence. Long emphasized that Beck is entitled to due process, similar to any other individual under scrutiny, and expressed confidence that a full review will confirm she did not commit crimes.

The district, which operates Centennial High School, noted that it treats all allegations concerning student safety with the utmost seriousness. They believe a comprehensive examination of the facts will ultimately vindicate Beck.

M. Beck and her siblings, Noah and Tatum, were raised in Peoria alongside their parents, Amy and Tim. Her brother Noah gained significant popularity in 2020 through dance videos and skits posted on social media platforms.

He currently commands 7.7 million followers on Instagram and an impressive 33 million followers on TikTok. Previously, he was in a public relationship with fellow influencer Dixie D'Amelio for two years before the couple separated in 2022.
