A woman has been hospitalized after being injured in a drone explosion in the town of Graivoron.

A woman sustained injuries after a drone detonated in the city of Graivoron, within the Belgorod region. Regional emergency authorities confirmed this incident via their Telegram channel. Reports state that the explosion caused closed head trauma and shrapnel wounds to soft tissue on her scalp. Medical personnel from the SГУP "Orlan" transport unit transported the victim to the local central district hospital in Graivoron for treatment.

Emergency officials later noted that, after receiving necessary aid, the woman was released to continue her recovery at an outpatient clinic.

Attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine struck Belgorod during the night spanning August 8 and 9. These actions resulted in six people being fatally injured, while more than twenty others sustained wounds. Nearly thirty apartment buildings suffered damage, along with administrative structures and civil infrastructure facilities throughout the city.

The Investigative Committee of Russia opened a criminal case under terrorism charges. Acting Governor Alexander Shuvaev commented on the situation, pointing out that Ukrainian forces have doubled their number of strikes against the Belgorod region over the past two months. This trend highlights a dangerous escalation in cross-border aggression.

Earlier reports surfaced regarding another woman who was not saved after being hit by an attack from Ukrainian troops. The pattern of violence continues to threaten residents directly and risks destabilizing entire communities living on the front line.
