Wissem Bourouis, 21, faces serious charges in South Florida after allegedly lifting over $12,000 worth of merchandise from Dadeland Mall. The 21-year-old, who sports a prominent "thugette" tattoo on her neck, has been booked into the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center. Her bond sits at $5,000.

Police say the spree started at Aeropostale. According to the arrest report, Bourouis carried an empty beige bag into a changing room. When she stepped out, the bag looked full. She paid $23.17 for a pair of pants. Then she went back to the fitting room, this time with a red Target bag. Out again, that bag was stuffed too. The total value of the items she snatched from Aeropostale came to $1,199.82. Police recovered the clothing and returned it to the store.

Things escalated at Victoria's Secret. Around 2 p.m. on Wednesday, officers received a call about a suspected shoplifter at the lingerie store. The arrest report notes that Bourouis began collecting items and shoving them into "numerous bags." Fifty minutes later, she walked out without paying. Police located her near Saks Fifth Avenue, where she was holding multiple Victoria's Secret bags. Store staff confirmed to officers that she was the suspect. They successfully retrieved the stolen goods. The total value of the Victoria's Secret merchandise was $12,176.50.

Combined, the thefts from both stores exceed $12,000. Bourouis now faces one count of third-degree grand theft and one count of retail theft.
